Despite Marcelo Bielsa once being hailed as the best coach in the world and getting Leeds to the top of the Championship table, fans are quite often questioning some of his decisions.
Indeed, supporters have criticised his use of Ian Poveda, Jean-Kevin Augustin and Eddie Nketiah this season, but despite the fanbase not being happy with how he operates sometimes, he’s not steered the club too far wrong as they currently sit seven points clear of third place.
Another eyebrow-raising Bielsa call was to seemingly freeze Jack Clarke out of the first team after he returned to the club on loan following his move to Tottenham.
The young winger was a regular for the Whites last season, appearing 24 times in the league, but upon his return he only saw 19 minutes of action before being recalled by Tottenham and shipped out to QPR.

Unfortunately for the young winger, Bielsa’s ruthless call to leave him on the sidelines seems to have been the right one.
Clarke quite simply isn’t impressing at QPR.
Mark Warburton is clearly struggling to see what he has to offer as he’s appeared for the London club just four times since arriving in January, with each of those displays coming off the bench.
In his limited appearances he’s not done all that much to impress either, failing to score or assist while averaging just 1 key pass per game and just 0.7 dribbles.
Clarke’s game last season was built around his dribbling ability, completing 3 successful dribbles per 90, but now he’s down to just 1.2 in that respect and 0.7 per game.
That may be a crisis in confidence or a bi-product of not being managed by Bielsa anymore, but no matter which way you look at it, the winger isn’t looking like the same player Tottenham paid £10m for.
It seems as though the Argentine’s decision to essentially exile the wide player was justified, and it’s not as though Leeds have struggled in his absence.
In other news, Leeds need to sever ties with one man.
